The Ohio Pharmacists Association (OPA) is gathering information to build a snapshot of services pharmacists provide across the state. As discussions are occurring with health plans and state officials, OPA wants to gather information regarding the pharmacy services that are currently being provided across the state. Start engaging with provider status by participating in the Ohio Pharmacy Services Survey!
To complete the survey, please click on the following link, Ohio Pharmacy Services Survey. This will help OPA build a registry of services Ohio pharmacists provide across the state. Relevant information from the Ohio Pharmacy Services Survey results may be used in conversations with state health plan officials and/or managed care organizations as OPA discusses provider status implementation.
