POSITION DESCRIPTION: Growing pharmaceutical medical supplies distributor looking to add a member to our operations team. We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated self-starters, are efficient and very detail oriented. Main responsibilities will include shipping, receiving, stocking, order picking, repacking, and performing inventory controls and audits and supervising employees. Additional duties include providing support and assistance to the operations management team with a variety of tasks and projects. As our company grows, we are looking for individuals that can grow into other roles within the company.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (oversee & perform): § Receive, inspect, log and shelve daily inbound shipments (time sensitive) § Pick, Pack and Ship orders to our physician-based clients § Perform daily, weekly and quarterly inventory counts § Review, update and check all invoices to Comply with all Federal, State or Local regulatory bodies. § Oversee Customer returns § Communicate daily with Management and direct reports regarding successes and issues appropriately § Comply with all company Policies and Procedures and daily processes § Monitor office and warehouse supplies; order and purchase when necessary § Make weekly routine walk through of warehouse noting anything that might need repair or maintenance. § Train newly hired Operations Associates § Maintain entire site operations, equipment, fixtures for compliance and cleanliness § Manage DEA and State Board of Pharmacy Inspections SKILLS REQUIRED: § Oral and written communication skills, computer literacy § Ability to multi-task § Strong oral & written communications § Typing proficiency, Proof reading § Computer literacy including data base & MS Office, ACT and other similar type applications § Successful Time-management, Problem Solving, Issue resolution, Troubleshooting § Excel in both solitary and team working environments depending on projects § Lift approximately 50 pounds
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: § High School Diploma or GED; Three years’ experience in any area of pharmacy related fields for facility licensing § Clean Background Check WORK WEEK: 40 Hours (Monday-Friday, DAY-SHIFT)
COMPENSATION: Salary ($40,000 TO $45,000) PLUS Performance Bonuses
