Ritzman Pharmacies, Inc. is a privately held pharmacy company located in Ohio. Our Corporate Office is in Wadsworth, Ohio. We have 25 retail pharmacies specializing in quality prescriptions, service, knowledge, and natural products. We also have a Home Infusion division, prescription packaging division, and hope to grow into specialty pharmacy and long term care pharmacy.
We are seeking a leader to manage all our operational divisions as well as corporate support departments including, Marketing & Sales, IT, Accounting, and Human Resources. The individual will have experience in pharmacy, strong leadership skills, and business acumen. We have 27 business sites and approximately 330 associates.
The position of COO is accountable for/to
•The financial performance and profitability of operations along with the development, communication and monitoring of financial measures for the business units.
•Staying current with pharmacy industry trends and keeping Ritzman Operations competitive in the marketplace.
•The development, advancement and implementation of a relevant, forwardthinking community pharmacy strategy.
•The development and leadership of a team that executes objectives and strategy in alignment with the standards of Ritzman Culture, Core Values and Profitably.
•Effective and respectful interpersonal interaction/communication that supports positive relationships with associates, vendors, communities, peer groups and business partners.
•Responsible for developing, maintaining and advancing the daily function, as well as the process and performance consistency required of the Ritzman Brand of Service and Facility Standards.
