Summa Health Home Infusion. We are looking for a Pharmacist / Manager, but would consider candidates interested in a Pharmacist position.

The position is full-time with compensation of $117,000 - $135,000 annually.

The position is in an outpatient setting with most all patient communication being done via phone and email, and delivery of all medications and supplies to the patient’s residence (no walk-in service).

• Day shift Monday to Friday
• Holidays
• On call
