Pharmacy Technician Education Program - May 9

The Spring Pharmacy Technician Education Seminar is a great way to earn up to 7 contact hours of continuing education credit, including 1 hour of pharmacy law and 1 hour of patient safety. The full day seminar will be held on Thursday, May 9 at the Makoy Center in Hilliard. The program is presented by the Ohio Pharmacists Foundation (OPF). The purpose of this seminar is to provide educational opportunities to specifically meet the needs of Ohio’s pharmacy technicians. In addition to pharmacy law and patient safety, other topics include adult immunizations, Parkinson’s disease, new drugs, mental health issues, and alternatives to medication therapy in patients with Alzheimer's and dementia.
